Places in town - Let's go shopping!
The Elephant and the Bad Baby is an amusing tale about an elephant who goes for a walk and offers a bad Baby a ride through the town. As they go, rumpetta, rumpetta, rumpetta, all down the road, they visit various shops until the Elephant realizes that the Bad Baby has forgotten his good manners...
A great and funny story to introduce the names of some shops to your students, as well as to deal with the issue of politeness/ good manners.
Now that you know the vocabulary about shops, try to find the correct answers to the following quiz!
Let's go shopping with Mr Bean and his Teddy... A terrific adventure at the supermarket! How much can you remember about the items he put in his shopping trolley?
